Wool Couture’s toy stuffing is a quality hi-loft polyester which is a virgin hollow fibre and is perfect for making toys as it is machine washable. The bag of happy is not included. Our soft toy filling complies with British Standards BS5852 & BS1425 and European Standard EN71-3 2013.
